Automatic collection of information - Cookies

Aperture Coaching processes only minimal user data, only as much as it is absolutely necessary to maintain the Website and Services. Otherwise known as Essential Cookies, the information collected automatically is used only to establish statistical information regarding the usage and traffic of the Website and Services. This information is anonymous.

We receive, collect and store any information that you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. This might include name, email address, telephone number. This information is held securely.

1. So that we may keep you informed of any information or services that may be of interest

We may also follow up with you following completion of the services, in continuation of the coaching relationship.

 

For security reasons, we collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, and we may use software tools to measure and collect user session information such as length of visits to certain pages, page response times and the general locality of the visitor. This enables us to better understand our users’ habits and behaviours and improve our service.  We do not collect or store payment details. Any notes that are taken during sessions are kept secure or destroyed.

This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and general Wix.com applications.  They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 

We may contact you by phone, email or text/whatsapp/messenger in the course of delivering our services or enforcing our contractual agreements.
