Back from the Brink is a transformational coaching programme for high-achievers who are ready to stop firefighting and start living - with purpose, strength, and clarity. I’ll help you to rise up from the chaos and finally make the changes you’ve been too busy - or too overwhelmed - to face.
Together, we’ll build the strength and resilience to handle whatever challenges come your way. You’ll develop practical, personalised burnout prevention strategies to manage stress and pressure - without sacrificing your sanity or your sense of self. You'll learn to put your wellbeing first. You’ll remember your greatness. And you’ll start showing up as the best version of yourself - in your work, your relationships, and your life.
Your Personal Roadmap
Coaching is all about change. Identifying what's specifically not working and developing a plan for what will. Your situation will be unique and your journey your own, but I offer a structured pathway to guide you in the process of unpacking it. Through a series of weekly or bi-weekly 1-2-1 sessions over 3 or 6 months, we cut through the chaos of the day-to-day and put you firmly back in the front seat of your life.
