You’ve been holding a lot for a long time.
In Back from the Brink, we slow the pace, get clear on
what’s driving the overwhelm,
and rebuild your capacity from the inside out.
Back from the Brink is one of the pathways we can take when working together 1:1.
If you're not experiencing chronic stress or mental exhaustion, you may prefer to begin with 1:1 Executive Coaching instead.

What becomes possible again
In this programme, you make space to breathe. And as the mental exhaustion begins to ease, things start to open up again.
You wake with more clarity, rather than a mind already in motion.
Rest starts to restore you, not just help you cope.
Decisions feel steadier and more considered.
Your confidence comes from within, rather than from how much you achieve.

You notice you have energy for more than work again - space for the people and parts of life that matter.
And there’s a quiet sense of being more yourself - present, grounded, able to choose rather than react.
Work feels purposeful again, not draining.
You’re still achieving - but it no longer costs you so much to do it.

This is what we’re rebuilding here - gradually, steadily, at your pace.
Back from the Brink
A 1:1 COACHING PATHWAY
Phase 1: Reset your foundation
We start by slowing the pace so you can hear yourself again.

We’ll get clear on what’s driving the exhaustion and overwhelm - the patterns, pressures and internal expectations that have been keeping you on high alert.
Together, we’ll rebuild your internal capacity: your energy, your boundaries, your clarity of thought and your ability to respond rather than react.

This isn’t about stepping back from ambition.
It’s about restoring the steadiness that allows you to lead and live well.

Phase 2: Redesign your approach
Once you’re grounded again, we look at the future from a clearer place.

We’ll explore what needs to shift - whether that in your role, your habits, your boundaries, your decision-making, or the way you relate to yourself and others.
This is where we redesign how you work and show up, so your success doesn’t come at the cost of your wellbeing.
How we work together
Back from the Brink is a 1:1 coaching pathway.
It has structure - but your journey through it is personalised.

We work together over 12 sessions, usually weekly or fortnightly depending on your capacity and the pace that supports you best.
Each conversation builds on the last, creating a steady process of grounding, clarity and change.
Between sessions, you’ll receive reflection prompts and practical tools to support integration into your day-to-day, at a pace that works for you.
This is collaborative work.
You’re not doing this alone.
I’m here to help you stay steady, focused and supported as things shift.
Back from the Brink is a commitment to restoring your clarity, energy and sense of self.
The investment for the full pathway is £2,100.
Payment plans are available.
If you’re at the point where you know something needs to change - but you want to do that thoughtfully, without burning everything down - this is a grounded place to begin.

Ready to explore whether this is right for you?
The first step is a conversation.
A chance to talk about where you are now and what you might need next - with no pressure or commitment.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF...
- You’re a high achiever who holds yourself to a high standard.
- You work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where the goal-posts are always shifting.
- You care deeply about doing a good job - and about how others experience you - which means your own needs often come last.
- You keep going, even when you’re exhausted.
- Switching off feels difficult, and the mental load comes home with you.
- You’ve noticed your focus, confidence or sense of control slipping.
- It feels like you’re reacting to everything, rather than choosing how you want to respond.
- You want things to change - but without blowing up the career, relationships or identity you’ve worked so hard for.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not the problem.
The pace you’ve been operating at is. Know that there is another way.
